- Once you have joined the server, locate the channel category named
Contacts. - Inside this category, find the specific channel that matches your inquiry (e.g., #immigration, #foreign-affairs, etc.).
- Each of these channels contains a message from the Ticket Tool bot with a button.
- Click the "Create Ticket" button to open a private channel where our staff can assist you.
